Weekdays 8 am–5 pm. Emergency calls are answered in those hours and weekends are by arrangement for a fee. Outside hours, leave a message with your address and what is happening and it is picked up first thing.
Good for photographs. A picture of the stain inside and one of the roof from the ground, if you can get it safely, helps us arrive with the right material.
