Yes. Most of the roofs we repair were installed by someone else. If there is a manufacturer’s warranty on it, tell us, and we will work within it where one exists.

Emergency calls are answered 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays, and weekends by arrangement for a fee. If water is actively coming into the building, say so when you call and the visit is prioritised. See emergency & storm response.

No. The standard inspection and the written quote are free. Thermal imaging is a separate, more involved method that is quoted separately when it is the right tool.

We do not quote a roof we have not seen, because what moves the price is what failed, how far the water travelled, whether the deck is sound and how hard the spot is to reach, none of which are visible from the ground. The quote is free, flat-rate, and names anything that could change it before work starts.

We document the damage with dated photographs from the roof and a written condition report you can hand to your adjuster, carry out temporary measures to prevent further damage, and provide a written flat-rate quote for the repair. Sometimes condensation, especially in cold snaps around skylights, bathroom fans and poorly ventilated attics. It looks identical from inside and is fixed differently. Ruling it out is part of the diagnosis.

On a flat roof especially, yes. Nearly everything that fails badly gives warning first: a lifting lap, a shrinking bead of sealant, a drain half full of needles. Catching those on a scheduled visit costs a fraction of the interior damage they cause when they are missed. See maintenance programs.

No. We fix the roof and tell you what the water did on the way through. Drywall, insulation and remediation are separate trades, and we will tell you when you need them. The cost of waiting shows how far a leak travels.
